Biography

Donald Whitehead has a BA in math and psychology from Willamette University as well as his B.S. in civil engineering from OSU. He is Vice President of David Evans and Associates in Portland. He has managed a wide range of civil engineering and public works projects, and his engineering experience includes the Albany Transportation Center Project, the First Street Improvement Project in Dundee, the Evergreen Road/229th Avenue Project, in Hillsboro, and many water and wastewater system projects.

His work has included design and project management of street improvements; storm water facilities; floodway improvements; and sewer, water, and civil site work for commercial, municipal, and industrial clients. Whitehead is a registered professional engineer in Oregon, Montana and Washington. He is a member of the Water Pollution Control Federation, the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association and Tau Beta Pi.
